Vision : When i saw that in messages i thought "Wow, this must be the new Saw's commercial". It looks creepy, and this is awesome ! This hand looks like a bug jumping to your face. I don't know if the B&W effect is very useful but the general vision looks perfect.
Originality : It looks like an old horror movie poster, an interesting subject but almost used by most of the photographers.
Technique: First i want to say that the Bokeh looks awesome. Very smooth... just perfect ! The 50mm lens is definitly the best lens from Pentax. It gives hight detailed photos, even with 12mpx camera. The focus on those two fingers is quite interesting, they look like dragonfly's antennas ! The brightness is maybe a bit to hight
Impact : I can't find the words... It's creepy but cool Perfect shadows, perfect bokeh... A very impressive work ! It made my day
First of all: Wow! Secondly: I will never ever sell or exchange my (Zuiko) 50 mm f:1.4 Last but not least: I think the true power of this image is the way the fingers are held. At first glance it looks as if there are only four, and that adds to the creepy/unreal aspect of this photograph. Yes, the nails are overexposed. But I guess that is what I would do to enhance the contrast as much as possible, wouldn't I?
